Elements is one of the most significant new developments taking place in the world today. The 12 million sq ft development conveniently located at the MTR Kowloon Station with in town check-in facilities for Hong Kong International Airport, Elements forms a new global gateway to the world. Within this large space of retail arcade, the requirement of a high standard smoke control system is in no doubt a necessity.

This project adopted Colt's glaze-type Kameleon and louvre-type Seefire ventilators where they are located in the skylight roof and ventilation shaft respectively to provide smoke control function but without affecting the controversy appearance of the retail place.
