Hong Kong Disneyland

The Hong Kong Disneyland project was announced in November 1999 a venture between The Walt Disney Company and the Hong Kong SAR Government. The program includes a 5.6 million annual visitor Disneyland-style theme park, two hotels and retail, dining and entertainment areas. There are different theme parks within the whole Disneyland including the Fantasyland, Tomorrowland, Adventureland and the Main Street USA. Within each theme park, the facilities there has the need to provide mitigation control for fire and smoke.

As a result, the consultants and architects have put into their design the Colt's smoke control system. In order to match the specially decorated and designed facilities around the Park, Colt smoke ventilator products have been tailor-modified to suit the requirement. These can be found in the Storybook Theatre, Lion King Theatre, 3D Mickey Philharmagic Theatre, Winnie the Pooh facility, Buzz Lightyear facility, etc.
