The project comprises the construction of a 4-storey fire station cum- ambulance depot on a site of about 3 186 square metres.  There are 5-bay appliance room, offices with a gross floor area of about 170 square metres, an exercise room, a lecture room, a canteen, an open drill yard with gross area of about 1 100 square metres, and a fuel filling facility.  The bright red colored Colt’s louvers are installed at most of the functional rooms to attain good ventilation and maximum rain defense for the building.
